RUNNING A RESTAURANT
As an owner of two restaurants and I’m spending most of the day on my feet. I used to suffer from lower back pain and Anna’s morning strength & stretching classes were a true salvation. She helped me stretch my whole body, decompress my spine, relive my back pain and get ready for a busy day.

MY BIGGEST ACCOMPLISHMENT !!!
Helena was part of my program “YOU’VE GOT A DRESS, NOW GET THEBODY”. We were training together for 4 weeks before her wedding. She got so inspired, she decided to enrol for a fitness instructor course. Today’s, she is successfully running her own fitness studio in Belgrade.

I AVOIDED KNEE SURGERY AND CUT MY PILLS TO HALF
At the age of 65 I could only walk for a 50 meters before I had to sit down. I was taking pills to control my high blood pressure. Anna used to come 2–3 times a week to our home gym for five years before we left Cyprus. By that time, I could walk on a treadmill at a solid pace for 45 minutes. I avoided knee surgery and cut my pills to half. During first year we used to cancel a lesson every time we had a late night out, or a family visiting, but after a while, we stopped skipping a sessions. We looked forward to Anna’s next visit. Our guests started joining us in the gym, even neighbours.
We left Cyprus, but we didn’t stop using our home gym in UK. It’s a part of our life now. We are ever so grateful for meeting Anna, and we miss her a lot.

STRENGTH AND STRETCH
This takes out your stresses make you more flexible and gives you a workout at the same time. I felt a lot better after and more energy too.
I was Kiran’s first ever gym instructor 15 years ago when he first came to Cyprus. And now he has completed his 3rd marathon!
