Limassol personal training

       She took her first job as an aer­o­bic instruc­tor at the age of 17. By 24 she received her first diplo­ma in phys­i­cal edu­ca­tion at the Uni­ver­sity of Bel­grade, Ser­bia.

            By coin­ci­dence, at the age of 15 Anna was intro­duced to a wom­an’s water polo team. With­in a month time she became addict­ed to train­ing. Soon, five ses­sions a week become ten to twelve. She earned the posi­tion in a nation­al team of Ser­bia in 1992. In the fol­low­ing years she received numer­ous medals. 2 gold, 2 sil­ver, best goal keep­er in the state and a gold medal in the Euro­pean B com­pe­ti­tion.

                 In 1999 Anna moved to Cyprus. Since then she has work­ed as a fit­ness instruc­tor, per­sonal train­er and post surgery reha­bil­i­ta­tion train­er. She does pri­vate swim­ming lessons bout for adults and chil­dren. She worked in reha­bil­i­ta­tion field with post oper­at­ed patient. She has great result work­ing with the elder­ly pop­u­la­tion, improv­ing there abil­i­ty like bal­ance, coor­di­na­tion, joint mobil­i­ty etc.. Recent­ly she cre­at­ed MY FITNESS CYPRUS — Limas­sol per­son­al train­ing por­tal.

Anna lives in Limas­sol with her hus­band and 2  daugh­ters.

From a shy, chub­by child I grew in to elite ath­lete. I was con­fi­dent talk­ing in pub­lic, giv­ing inter­views and talk­ing to Medias. A thing I wouldn’t dare doing just a cou­ple of years ear­lier. I looked great, I felt great and I loved my self. And I still do.”
