Mum and baby fitness lessons are created for postnatal women who are ready to:
- Strengthen and tone abdominal muscles.
- Boost energy level.
- Relieve stress.
- Promote better sleep.
- Don’t have anyone to leave baby with :).
This is usually 4 weeks after natural birth and 6 weeks after a C‑section , or as soon as you have a green light from your doctor.
You are welcome with or without your baby in the clean and safe environment of my fitness studio in Paphos town. Maximum number of mums is 4. Session is one hour long, so even if you need to spend some time changing or soothing your baby, you will still get 45 min of work-out.
I got the idea for a mum & baby lesson after I had my daughter fife years ago. She had great fun watching me doing floor exercises… Baby can sleep, watch, crawl around, or assist you in exercising 🙂
All you need to bring are comfortable fitness clothes, socks and a bottle of water. Small blanket for your baby if she is on the floor, baby toy, carry cot… Baby age 1–12 months.
The lessons are two times per week, Tuesday and Friday mornings at 10:30am.

Pass Cyta heading towards Yeroskipou. On the 1st traffic lights, opposite DIMCO turn left-Alexandrou Papagou street. Pass roundabout, next to the tire shop. Pass papantoniuo bakery and drive strait until you see green kiosk on your right. Pass kiosk and turn left . The studio is 100 meters ahead on the right (corner white house).
FROM GENERAL HOSPITAL
Before reaching big roundabout at the Paphos exit, turn right at the traffic light. Take 3th left, 3th right, drive till the end of this road. The studio is the last house on your right.
